Itinerary
We depart every day, except on Moroccan public holidays.(The schedule may be subject to changes in case of ferry delays.)
- 09:00 - Meeting at the Tarifa Maritime Station.
- 10:00 - Ferry departure.
- 11:00 - Departure by private car to Tétouan.
You will travel with a private driver and car to the city of Tétouan. The journey takes less than an hour. The driver will drop you off at the roundabout in front of the Spanish consulate, where the guide will welcome you to begin the walking tour of the city. The first stop will be at the hotel luggage storage.
If you wish, you can go up to the viewpoint, from where you can appreciate the entire city (good physical condition is required).
The guide will show you the main historical sites: the Medina, the Khalifa Palace, El Mellah (Jewish Quarter), the Royal Palace, and either the Archaeological Museum or the Museum of Moroccan Arts.
An interesting visit is to the leather tanneries. Please note that the smell is intense, but it can be alleviated with mint leaves.
Throughout the day, you will recognize several locations from the famous series “The Time in Between.”
- 15:00 - Lunch at a restaurant (INCLUDED, drinks not included).
- Harira (traditional soup).
- Couscous with chicken.
- Lamb or chicken skewers.
- Tea with pastries.
At the end of the day, you will have approximately 2 hours of free time at the souk for shopping. You will find a wide variety of products such as lamps, rugs, tea sets, leather goods, and silver items.
You can also buy tea, spices, dried fruits, and dates by weight.
(In case of ferry delays, free time will be reduced).
At the end of the afternoon, the guide will take you to the Riad.
Day 2
Breakfast included at the RIAD.
The driver will pick you up at the same place where you were dropped off day one.
- 17:30 - Departure from Tétouan.
- 19:00 - Arrival at the port.
- 20:00 - Ferry departure.
- 21:00 - Arrival in Tarifa.

Meeting point
The meeting point is the INFORMATION COUNTER at the Tarifa Maritime Station.
Please arrive 1 hour before departure and bring your payment receipt to show.
Warranty
Guarantee in Case of Ferry Cancellation:
If the ferry is canceled due to technical issues, the company offers the option to reschedule for the next available ferry.
Cancellations and Date Changes:
Changing the date is free up to 7 days before the departure date.
If the customer cancels at least 7 days in advance, 95% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
From 6 days before departure, if the customer cancels, the cost of the hotel will be deducted from the refund.
The deadline for cancellations is 48 hours before departure. If canceled within this period, no refund will be possible.

Characteristics of the boat
Fast ferries: The boat trip takes only 35 minutes. We work with the two operating ferry companies at the Port of Tarifa.The ferries feature a cafeteria, bathrooms, and duty-free shops on board.

Warnings
The client must present their documentation at the port. A valid passport is required.
Some countries require a visa; it is the client's responsibility to check entry requirements according to their nationality.
All clients must complete a form provided at the port and present it along with their documentation to the Moroccan police officer on board the ferry.
(During high season, July and August, long queues may occur.)
Our recommendations:
The currency in Morocco is the dirham, but euros are also accepted.
Carry €1 coins and small bills (€5, €10, €20) to facilitate purchases.
Currency exchange is not recommended, as commissions apply.
If you have any food allergies, inform the restaurant staff, and they will offer a simple alternative.
If you wish, you can bring a backpack with food and drinks (it is a long day).
We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, a jacket, comfortable shoes, and motion sickness medication (e.g., Biodramina).
If you need to park your car, we recommend arriving 1 hour and 30 minutes before departure. We can provide information on parking areas.
Bring a pen to complete the form on the ferry.
Set your phone to airplane mode to avoid additional charges (€20).
